Phishing Awareness Testing

PCCC’s Phishing Awareness Testing starts with our experts custom crafting phishing emails based on our real-world threat database.

We will also mimic your current email security solutions so that we will train users on the systems and actual threats. We work hard to empower users, not make them feel foolish, while avoiding over-confidence.

PCCC’s tests will use 3 levels of attacks that begin with easily identifiable attacks and progress to targeted attacks based on real-world tactics.

Our testing will reveal potential gaps with actionable recommendations!

Phishing Awareness Training

After the testing phase, PCCC provides two awareness training sessions that are approximately 1 hour each:

The first training is designed for executives and their support staff. It includes materials about C-Suite risks and the results of our testing.

The second training is focused on users. It is tailored with materials based on the results and recommendations from our testing.

Training is designed to meet regulatory & NIST security controls for annual awareness & training including recording the sessions for your use.

PCCC’s testing will run over a period of approximately six weeks followed by training that focuses on educating users, making them aware of threats, understanding the psychology of scams, reporting issues, and working together to improve the cyber posture of the entire organization.

A simple phish based on real-world phishes that should be relatively easy to identify.

Level 2: Complicated

A more complicated phish that mimics a critical technology for your organization.

A highly complicated phish using advanced techniques like “close cousin” attacks.
